Dear Vendors and/or Exhibitors,

Thanks for being patient as the Carrabelle Riverfront Festival coordinators are implementing a new vendor application process.  Vendors with internet access and email addresses may complete and submit the application with or without payment electronically.  The traditional method of mailing in the completed application with a check is still an option for those who wish to apply in the traditional fashion.

Vendors and exhibitors are encouraged to complete and submit their application electronically.  Once completed the submitted application can be printed and mailed with check or money order or PayPal may be used to complete the payment process.  A vendor is not required to have a PayPal account in order to complete the payment process.  A valid credit card may be used without having a PayPal account.

The Carrabelle Riverfront Festival still maintain the right to review  and accept applications through this electronic process.  We are committed to maintaining the small town wholesome tradition of the Festival.  Food Vendors are encouraged to submit the application and await confirmation for payment.  If a payment is received through the electronic payment process and is not accepted the vendor application payment will be returned and a notification will be provided in a timely manner.

Carrabelle CARES and the festival team have taken an active role in evaluating every aspect of the festival. This includes the expansion of the festival, the addition of several new venues and stages, greater community participation as well as a re-evaluation of the layout of vendor spaces.  We are making every effort to place returning vendors in the same locations.  There will be some subtle but important changes in the layout of vendors and so we ask that you are patient and acknowledge that some changes are necessary for the overall quality of the festival. We are working to finalize some new procedures that we hope will make the experience of being a vendor in the Carrabelle Riverfront Festival even more delightful.

We are weeks and days away and the Carrabelle Community is preparing for a fantastic festival. Last year we have added a new historic adventure stage and a new outdoor concert venue.

And YES, of course we will be holding our traditional vendor reception again this year.    The Carrabelle Chamber of Commerce is planning a delightful buffet of local treats for you to enjoy on Friday night.   We hope you will join us at the usual location on Marine Street at Harry’s Courtyard for the wonderful spread provided by our local restaurants and community partners.

The festival grounds has been expanded to include Avenue C and Avenue B.  We will also be making some special accommodations for vendors with disabilities and special needs.  For those of you from out of town, we wish to remind you that we are on Eastern Standard Time.  Setup will start on Friday from 4:00 p.m. EST until 8:00 p.m.  Vendors can also setup on Saturday Morning starting at 7am EST.  All Setup must be completed by 9:30 am Saturday.    There will be overnight security on both Friday and Saturday.  If you don’t set up Friday, please check in at the main entrance on Saturday morning starting at 7:00 a.m.

Please remember:

  •  All vehicles need to be off Marine Street by 9:30 a.m. Saturday.    Marine Street will reopen at 4:00 p.m. Sunday
  •  Traffic is ONE WAY DOWN MARINE STREET FROM HWY. 98 because of the narrowness for setting up and dismantling booths.
  • Parking for vendors will be more defined as we have increased the festival grounds.  We will be making some adjustments in the parking for vendors.  We will also be making some special accommodations for vendors with disabilities or those who need special considerations. 
  • VENDOR WELCOME GATHERING, with refreshments, Friday evening 7:00-9:00 in Harry’s Bar courtyard.  Please join us!!!
  •  Coffee and breakfast items will be available for purchase early morning at Carrabelle Junction.
  • There will be a Special Easter Service for Vendors on Sunday morning at the Pavilion.
  • No generators.
  • No changing booth assignments.
  •  No leaving before 6:00 p.m. on Saturday and 4:00 p.m. on Sunday.
