“Friends of the Library” KidZONE

The "Friends of the Franklin County Public Library" is the new host of the   KidZONE.  A reading room and a “pirate’s treasure hunt”, sidewalk art contest gives kids lots of options.  Kids should expect an occasional visit from festival Special Guest.  The Easter bunny will be by Sunday afternoon to gather his "egg seekers" for the Easter Egg hunt beginning at 1 pm at Sands Park. 

The KidZONE is located near the entry to the festival.  There will be a number of activities planned for kids. 

Several of our vendors will be setting up in the KidZONE this year.  The returning Climbing Wall and a new pony ride will be among these special vendors.

Climb The Rock Wall

This 25 foot high realistic granite rock wall provides a unique adventure for all climbers.  It features routes of varying degrees of difficulty so that everyone, youth and adults alike, can enjoy the thrill of this one-of-a-kind experience.

A big attraction at the Festival last year.  Come see if you can conquer the wall.
