Dear Vendor or Exhibitor,

The 27th Annual Carrabelle Riverfront festival will be held on the Friday, April 21st and Saturday, April 22nd.  Vendors and Exhibitors will begin setup at noon  and must be completed by 3:45 on April the 21st.   The festival will take place on the fourth weekend in April with the following schedule:

  • Vendor Set up will begin at noon on Friday the 21st of April.
  • 1st day festival hours will be from 4pm-8pm on Friday the 21st of April.
  • Vendor Reception location and time will be determined in the coming days.
  • 2nd day festival hours will be from 10am-6pm on Saturday the 22nd of April.
  • Vendors will be allowed to pack and leave after 6pm on Saturday evening. 

The Carrabelle Riverfront Festival is a 2 day festival held on Friday and Saturday.   We anticipate having entertainment on Friday evening to draw people to the festival. 

All commercial food vendors must contact Steven Allen at Carrabelleriverfront@gmail.com for preapproval before submitting an application to be a vendor.  Thanks. 

Thanks in advance for your application to participate in the 27th Annual Carrabelle Riverfront Festival. With your participation, we hope to make this year's festival a huge success.

This year's vendor application is available on line at this time.  Vendors are able to complete and submit the application online.  If you have a PayPal account or a credit card you may complete the payment online as well.  If you would like to send a check, you may complete and submit the application and print the completed form to be mailed in with a check to the address provided.

The deadline for all fees and applications are due by April 1st.  

If you are a previous CRF vendor, every effort will be made to accommodate previous festival booth locations. We do have limited availability for water and utilities but you are required to provide adequate extension cords and hoses.

Carrabelle CARES and the Carrabelle Riverfront Festival Coordinator and Staff are committed to maintaining the traditional small town family festival that has made our festival an attractive venue for vendors and festival attendees alike.

RULES AND REGULATIONS

  • Mutual decisions regarding space assignments, nature and style of exhibit, floor management during and after the Riverfront Festival, interpretation and enforcement of rules and regulations, as may be considered necessary for the proper conduct of the Festival, and all other matters pertaining to the Festival, shall be made by the Carrabelle CARES, Board of Directors and the Carrabelle Riverfront Festival Coordinator or their duly appointed representatives.

  • For and in consideration of permission to participate in the Festival activities, the individual, group or organization who signs this application is to assume the risk and hereby agrees to release the Carrabelle CARES, its members, and all persons and organizations sponsoring, organizing or assisting in the Festival, from any and all liability, losses or claims arising of the individual, group or organization who signed the application and/or participates in the Riverfront Festival activities.  Proof of insurance may be required in certain instances.
  • Commercial food vendors must accept responsibility for licensing through the State of Florida Div. of Hotels and Restaurants.
  • Exhibitor may not sublease, assign or apportion their space without the express written consent of Carrabelle CARES, or Carrabelle Riverfront Festival Coordinator.  No more than one organization or business may exhibit in a single space without written permission from the same.
  • Offensive subject matter may be removed from the Festival premises.

  • No small children or animals are permitted in booth spaces.

  • No radios, tape players, offensive noises, projectiles or distractions are permitted in booth space.

  • Only business-like demeanor and socially responsible behavior will be tolerated.

  • Exhibitors MUST provide their own electric cords, water containers and hoses, and exhibit materials (walls, furniture, tents) should be in good taste and condition. No generators allowed.

  • Exhibitors are responsible for collection and remittance of Florida State Sales Tax.  The State may monitor vendor compliance.

  • Setup begins at 12:00 pm Eastern Time on Friday and must be completed by 3:45pm on Friday. No vehicles will be permitted to enter the Festival premises after 3:30pm ET Friday.  Vendors entering after 3:30pm must transport their exhibits/equipment by hand.

  • Exhibitors shall conduct business only within the confines of their assigned space, and exhibitors will sell only the merchandise described in their Festival application.

  • Exhibitors shall be required to keep their space neat and attractive and attended during all hours of the Festival.

  • Exhibitors are responsible for picking up trash in their assigned areas during and after the Festival.

  • All booth decorations and equipment must remain in place until 6:00pm ET on Saturday.

  • NO RAIN DATE!

  •  No refunds after April 11. Written notice of cancellation must be received by 5:00pm Eastern Time zone on April 11.
