Dear Vendors and/or Exhibitors,

Thanks for your interest in participating in the 29th Annual Carrabelle Riverfront Festival. For returning and/or new vendors and exhibitors, please pay special attention to the new festival schedule.  The Carrabelle Riverfront Festival will be held on Friday, April 26th from 4-8pm to Saturday, April 27th from 10am-5pm.  Setup for vendors and exhibitors will be Friday April 26 from noon to 3:45 ET.  

Food Vendors are accepted by invitation. Please read the section below for special instructions. 

Vendors and exhibitors with internet access and email addresses may complete and submit the application online, with or without electronic payment. Online submission of the application is the preferred method.

Special discount for arts and crafts vendors offered for online applications received by close of day, April 5th. A 20% discount on the fees above for arts and crafts vendors will automatically be applied for all arts and crafts vendors that apply by close of day, April 5th. The discounted fees are as follows:

Once completed the submitted application can be printed and mailed with check or money order or PayPal may be used to complete the payment process.  A vendor is not required to have a PayPal account in order to complete the payment process.  A valid credit card may be used without having a PayPal account. If you do not have internet access, vendors may also mail in the completed application with a check or money order. 

The Carrabelle Riverfront Festival still maintains the right to review and accept applications through this electronic process.  We are committed to maintaining the small town wholesome tradition of the Festival.  Food vendors are encouraged to submit the application and await confirmation for payment.  If a payment is received through the electronic payment process and is not accepted the vendor application payment will be returned and a notification will be provided in a timely manner.

Carrabelle CARES and the festival team have taken an active role in evaluating every aspect of the festival. This includes the expansion of the festival, the addition of several new venues and stages, greater community participation as well as a re-evaluation of the layout of vendor spaces.  We are making every effort to place returning vendors in the same locations.  There will be some subtle but important changes in the layout of vendors and so we ask that you are patient and acknowledge that some changes are necessary for the overall quality of the festival. We are working to finalize some new procedures that we hope will make the experience of being a vendor in the Carrabelle Riverfront Festival even more delightful.

We are weeks and days away and the Carrabelle Community is preparing for a fantastic festival. Last year we have added a new historic adventure stage and a new outdoor concert venue.

The festival grounds has been expanded to include Avenue C and Avenue B.  We will also be making some special accommodations for vendors with disabilities and special needs.  For those of you from out of town, we wish to remind you that we are on Eastern Time. Setup will start on Friday at 12 noon ET until 3:45 p.m.  There will be overnight security on Friday.  

Please remember:

  • All vehicles need to be off Marine Street by 3:45 on Friday.  Marine Street will reopen at 7:00 p.m. Saturday.
  • Traffic is ONE WAY DOWN MARINE STREET FROM HWY. 98 because of the narrowness for setting up and dismantling booths.
  • Parking for vendors will be more defined as we have increased the festival grounds.  We will be making some adjustments in the parking for vendors.  We will also be making some special accommodations for vendors with disabilities or those who need special considerations. 
  • Coffee and breakfast items will be available for purchase early morning at Carrabelle Junction.
  • No generators.
  • No changing booth assignments.
  • No leaving before 5:00 p.m. on Saturday.
